I have been a coach for over 15 years. I started as a coach in the education field and then expanded to the areas of life and business coaching.
As a life coach, I specialize in personal growth, relationships, and career coaching. As a business coach, I focus on strategic planning and results coaching. I maintain a private practice in the Chicagoland area and serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.
I am a collaborative, solutions-focused coach. Through this approach, I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address any challenges they are currently facing. I integrate coaching techniques with a personal touch to offer a highly individualized program tailored to each client.
